BIO

My name is Leslie Hunt. After a long career in real estate, I decided to make a midlife career change. I attended Liberty University where I graduated with a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling.

I believe that seeking therapy is a brave first step towards change. My goal is to offer a safe therapeutic environment where you will feel comfortable sharing your story. I utilize psychodynamic principles so that you can gain a better understanding of how the past has shaped your current situation. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to help clients see the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My mission is to give clients the tools necessary to reach their full potential. I have experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, and issues pertaining to life transitions. I look forward to meeting you.
